Leadership
Madan Mohan Thakur (Co-Founder)
Madan isthe co-founder of HIMAURA. A respected grassroots leader and successful entrepreneur, he brings over 15 years of experience in public service and business leadership to the company. He has held key political roles, having served as Pradhan, District Council Member, and again as Pradhan, earning the trust and respect of his community across multiple terms.
Madan is also the founder of a well-established construction company employing over 100 people, and owns a boutique hotelin Himachal Pradesh. Known locally as a people’s leader and a self-made businessman, he combines real-world insight with a deep understanding of people, governance, and operations—making him an invaluable pillar of HIMAURA’s vision and growth.
Tanish Thakur (Co-Founder)
Tanish is the co-founder and operational head of HIMAURA. A young, driven entrepreneur with a strong vision, he is the strategic mind behind the company’s growth and day-to-day operations. Tanish leads the company’s execution across all verticals, including client management, team development, and service delivery.
He holds a degree in Guest Relation Servicesfrom Chandigarh University (Class of 2024)and is also the founder of a successful travel agencyemploying a dynamic team of 10. As the son of veteran leader and businessman Madan Mohan Thakur, Tanish blends youthful energy with a deep understanding of people and process. At just 24 years old, he brings clarity, ambition, and innovation to HIMAURA, with a clear goal of building a company of national repute.
